To say this is one of my FAVORITE movies is an understatement.   I am unable to count how many times I’ve seen it!  The peculiar piece is that I, never in my wildest dreams, would have thought that I would have met the Sicilian!! Well I have!!

To no one’s surprise, being a Project Manager yields the opportunity to work with a plethora of personalities!  The majority of these individuals have knighted themselves the genius’s of the world.   Don’t get me wrong, there are many many smart people out there.  I have been blessed to have worked with several.  But to think that you are smarter than anyone else – is not very smart!!

You are a compilation of all of your life experiences!!  YOUR LIFE EXPERIENCES.  No one else’s.  So, if you know something that someone else doesn’t know… do not think you are smarter than them.  Life just hasn’t brought that situation to  them; yet.  But for some reason, you were chosen to experience it.  Yeah, to you….I think?

Be humble.  Be a teacher.  Don’t hold your experiences over someone’s head.  Expand someone’s horizon.  Let it be a blessing that they met you and not a burden.
